I really like this. Maybe you should try to do um... *Thinks really hard until I tear up.* I don't know? ... Just doodle something while you sit infront of the computer and not think about what you're drawing... Then work from your little doodle. More than half of the things in my gallery are doodles... I should make actual work from them but I just end up making them look pretty bad. :(

since your on emotions why try to do more of em? eg. rage love etc. this is quite nice all apart from the title. hope? i dont really see the hope in the picture. he is surrounded with decay and stagnancy. perhaps if you added a white bird since thats a world wide symbol of hope. i dunno... just trying to help.

I was trying to add a hint of hope with the lighting. I thought the bright yellow light coming from above gives it a sense of hopefulness.... but anyway.

O.O OMG this pic is soooo good and its a WATERCOLOR! aaah! i could never do a watercolor, for the life of me. WAY TO BE!!
