This is my first fanart of LoTR. I never drew actors from a movie before. But I'm very in love with Frodo right now. Used several reference pics cuz I'm not smart enough to remember Elijah Wood's face off the top of my head. I know this doens't really look like Frodo...but gah, I tried. Took so damn long to do the hand.

Wanted to draw Sam, but the fat hobbit is very hard. I luv the interdependent relationship between him and Frodo. The unconditional love is very beautiful.

that is some excellent realism :O his skin is the BEST *3* especially his hand :'D I haven't seen the movie yet, but I know what happens in the end TT3TT really excellent folds... gahhhh... shall I ever be even close to as good as you? X3
